A Day in the Life at Clear Air Conditioning & Heating
wake up each day knowing that I have a responsibility to help our clients navigate their HVAC needs. At Clear Air Conditioning & Heating, we are dedicated to maintaining a comfortable climate in the homes and business premises in North Phoenix.
Start of the Workday
Our day starts with a team meeting where the day’s work is discussed and tasks prioritized. We review the list of service requests received and plan our service routes strategically. This often includes numerous customers searching for an AC contractor in North Phoenix. We consider the location, type of service, and urgency when planning our schedule.
Visiting the Clients
Once we’re out in the field, no two jobs are the same. Some clients may need a simple tune-up, others have units that are not blowing cold air, and some customers are considering upgrading their entire HVAC system. We are also often called to new construction sites to design and install complete AC systems.
Helping Hand Through Troubleshooting
Through every job, the end goal is to ensure our clients’ comfort. We diagnose and fix the issues, then take the time to explain the problem and our solution. We suggest preventive measures to help avoid future problems, because we care about our client’s long-term comfort.
Our day ends back at the office where we review the completed tasks and take note of any follow-ups to be done. We also take this time to upgrade our knowledge by reviewing updated guidelines in air conditioning and heating systems.
